W-3 PROGRAMME / ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT

INSIDE THE
HANGAR.

Actual development work from the W-3 project. The aircraft is being built in Blender from individual components upward, with research and reference gathering continuing alongside modelling.

CURRENT WORK

THE W-3
TAKES SHAPE.

Current work includes the airframe, rotor head and landing gear. These are development assets, not a finished aircraft or final render.

CURRENT BUILD

Core airframe

The current Blender model establishes the overall W-3 proportions and major external geometry while individual mechanical components are developed in parallel.

Current status: early 3D modelling and reference-driven component development.
COMPONENT WORK

DETAIL,
ONE PART AT A TIME.

Small mechanical components are being built and animated individually so the finished aircraft can have functional, believable assemblies.

ROADMAP

WHAT
COMES NEXT.

The project will progress through major development stages without fixed deadlines.

01 / FOUNDATION

Research & foundations

Reference gathering, core geometry and development framework.

02 / AIRCRAFT

W-3 & W-3RM development

Build the first two release aircraft with their own interiors, systems and mission equipment.

03 / SYSTEMS

Systems, flight model & testing

Implement helicopter dynamics, engines, avionics, animations and MSFS 2024 integration.

04 / RELEASE

W-3 + W-3RM initial release

The baseline W-3 and W-3RM form the first release package.

05 / EXPANSION

Paid W-3 family expansion

Continue the remaining variants using the established W-3 platform.

06 / COMPLETE

W-3PL + W-3WARM small-fee add-on

Complete the family with the W-3PL and W-3WARM as a separate expansion available for a small additional fee.

DEVELOPMENT STANDARD

QUALITY
OVER
DEADLINES.

The roadmap shows direction, not promises of dates. Research, modelling, systems and testing will develop at their own pace, with the aircraft taking priority over an artificial schedule.

The website will change as the aircraft changes.
